You've spent months — maybe years — planning your daughter's quinceañera, your wedding, your milestone. You deserve to be in the room when it happens. We coordinate every detail, every vendor, every cultural moment — bilingually, transparently — so you can stop managing the day and start living it.
Full-service, partial, and day-of coordination for SWFL couples who want to actually enjoy their own wedding day.
Full planning for the most important celebration of your daughter's life — padrinos, choreography, tradition coordinated end-to-end.
Client events, holiday parties, grand openings, fundraisers, and team celebrations for SWFL businesses.
Gender reveals, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, and every other celebration worth marking.
You shouldn't have to schedule a sales call just to find out if a coordinator is in your budget. You shouldn't have to translate for your own family. And you shouldn't be one of forty events on someone's calendar the weekend you've been planning for years.
Our package rates start right here on our site. No mystery, no "contact us for custom pricing." Before you book a consultation, you already know whether we fit your budget. Real prices mean real conversations.
Spanish is the language of my home, not a service add-on. Your abuela can talk to me directly. Your padrinos can ask questions in Spanish. Contracts, vendor coordination, day-of communication — all of it, in the language your family speaks.
Usually just one. The week of your event, you are not competing for our attention. You get the same focus, energy, and presence we'd bring to a celebration in our own family — because in our founding year, you essentially are.
I plan weddings, quinceañeras, milestones, and corporate events with the operational discipline of a project manager and the cultural literacy of someone who grew up in family celebrations like yours.
I hold a Master's in Family Ministry, which is a longer way of saying I've spent years studying how families actually work — and that training shows up in how I coordinate every event with family complexity. Divorced parents. Three generations with three different visions. Bilingual families bridging two cultures.
Monarch Celebrations is built on a simple idea: every detail deserves to be crafted with care, every family deserves to be understood, and every celebration deserves a coordinator who treats your day with the same operational substance she'd bring to her own.
Read My Full Story →Monarch Celebrations launched in 2026. Rather than fill this page with stock photos or borrowed images, we built an honest portfolio page that explains exactly what we have, what we're building, and what we won't fake. Styled shoots in production, our growing vendor network, design direction, and case studies arriving as founding-rate clients complete events through 2026.
Read Our Portfolio Philosophy →Most planners show you fifty testimonials. We're a 2026 launch, and our first founding clients are booking now. This section will fill out as those events happen.
If you book in our founding window, you get founding-rate pricing — and the chance to be one of the first voices that introduces Monarch to every couple after you. We'll ask, you can say no, and either way you'll get the same thoughtful coordination.
The wall is empty on purpose. We won't fake it.

I'm building my portfolio. These prices are meaningfully below the SWFL market — because you're getting a coordinator with an open calendar and complete attention. Rates step up after the first 25 bookings.
Book a free 30-minute consultation. No commitment, no pressure. We use that conversation to understand your event and tell you honestly whether we're the right coordinator.

Sí. Jessica es cubana y bilingüe. Reuniones, contratos, comunicación con proveedores — todo se puede manejar en español si tu familia lo prefiere. We're fully bilingual at every step.
Yes. We serve all of Southwest Florida — Fort Myers, Naples, Sanibel, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, Punta Gorda. Travel beyond Lee/Collier county is billed at $0.65/mile.
Because we believe wasting your time with a "contact us for a quote" sales call when you might be way under or way over our floor is disrespectful. Real pricing means real conversations.
Yes. Quinceañeras: 3, 6, or 9-month plans. Weddings/milestones: typically 50% on signing, 25% mid-planning, 25% two weeks pre-event.
Never. Our recommendations are based entirely on what's right for your event. You pay us; vendors don't.
Bank transfer (ACH), credit card, check. Corporate clients: Net-30 invoicing available with W-9 and Certificate of Insurance.
Venue coordinators work for the venue. We work for you. Full breakdown here.
Absolutely. Many of our clients come to us mid-planning with vendors already locked. We integrate, take the coordination off your plate, and move forward.
Yes. Hotel blocks, transportation, welcome events, day-after brunch — all included in full-service or available as add-ons.
We coordinate Catholic, Jewish, Hindu, Christian, secular, and interfaith ceremonies. We do extensive research on traditions we're unfamiliar with. Bilingual ceremonies (English/Spanish) are a specialty.
Day-of/coordination: Jessica plus one assistant. Full-service / large events (150+): Jessica plus 2-3 team members. We never assign your event to someone you haven't met.
We have a backup coordinator on call for every event with a complete handoff document. In 2026 to date, this has been used zero times — but the contingency exists.
A maximum of two. Most weekends, one. The week of your event, you are not competing for our attention.
Yes — this is exactly why coordinators exist. Your mom should be a guest at her daughter's wedding, not the project manager.
We're building our own client portal — where every vendor quote, decision, message, timeline, payment, and document for your event will live in one place. Until it ships, we work with you over email, phone, and text. More to share soon.
No. If you prefer email, phone, or text, we'll work however you want. The portal will be offered, not required.
Yes — the full Services Agreement is published on our site. Read it before booking.
Tiered cancellation schedule depending on time to event. Full schedule here. Short version: deposit non-refundable; the closer to the event, the more is owed.
Yes. Florida LLC with general liability insurance. Certificate of Insurance available on request for any venue or corporate client that needs it.
The real version — not the marketing-brochure version — from the discovery call to the wedding day.
