Our pricing principle

What's firm: the standard package rates and the standard-scope definitions. What's a rough estimate: the adjustments shown below when an event exceeds standard scope. The same methodology applies to every client — no different prices for different people — and every actual adjustment is itemized line-by-line in your written proposal after the discovery call.

Base Pricing

Starting Prices Across All Service Types

Founding rates are available through our first 25 booked clients OR through December 2026, whichever comes first. Standard rates apply thereafter. Both are published below.

About founding rates: Monarch Celebrations launched in 2026. Our founding pricing reflects significant savings off our standard rates — typically 25-30% across all categories. This isn't a discount in the traditional sense. It's a partnership: founding clients receive professional service at reduced rates, and in exchange, their events become part of the foundation that defines our first year of work.

The Four Tiers Explained

Choose the Level of Support That Fits Your Event

Every event category has the same four-tier structure. Your choice depends on how much of the planning you want to do yourself, how complex the event is, and whether your event exceeds standard scope.

Tier 1

Day-of Coordination

Best for:

Hosts who have planned the event themselves, booked all vendors, and need professional execution on the day. You did the planning. We make sure everything actually happens.

  • Begins 30-45 days before the event
  • Vendor confirmation and timeline coordination
  • Day-of execution with on-site coverage
  • 1 lead coordinator
Engagement window: 30-45 days · On-site: 5-10 hours
Tier 2

Partial Planning

Best for:

Hosts who have started planning, have a venue, and want professional support across the engagement. You have the vision. We help execute it.

  • Begins 3-9 months before the event
  • Vendor sourcing for remaining categories
  • Design direction and contract review
  • 1 lead coordinator + assistant for larger events
Engagement window: 3-9 months · On-site: 6-12 hours
Tier 3

Full-Service

Best for:

Hosts who want professional planning from the start. You're starting from scratch or near-scratch, and you want the operational load handled by a professional.

  • Begins 4-12 months before the event
  • Comprehensive planning from day one
  • Full vendor sourcing and design development
  • 1 lead coordinator + 1 assistant on event day
Engagement window: 4-12 months · On-site: 10-12 hours
Custom
Tier 4

Bespoke Concierge

For events that exceed standard scope:

When your event is larger, multi-day, multi-venue, or otherwise beyond what Full-Service is designed for, Bespoke Concierge provides extended scope and concierge-level execution.

  • Begins 9-18 months before the event
  • Extended scope with 4-6 design iterations
  • Multi-day, multi-venue coverage
  • Lead + 2 assistants + runner team
Engagement window: 9-18 months · On-site: 14-16 hours

When Bespoke Becomes Necessary

What Triggers a Bespoke Concierge Engagement

When any one of these factors is present, we recommend Bespoke Concierge. When two or more are present, Bespoke is genuinely the right structure — Full-Service plus adjustments would either undercharge for the work or under-resource the execution.

01

Guest Count Beyond Standard

More than 150 guests for a wedding, 150 for a quinceañera, or 100 for a corporate event. Larger events require fundamentally more vendor coordination, more day-of staff, and longer execution windows.

Bespoke teams are sized for these guest counts; Full-Service teams are not.
02

Total Event Budget Above Standard

When the total event budget crosses $200,000 (wedding), $200,000 (corporate), $50,000 (quinceañera), or $25,000 (milestone), the planning load increases meaningfully. More vendors, higher-end vendor relationships, more design refinement, and more pressure for flawless execution.

Higher-stakes events deserve operational scope that matches the investment.
03

Multi-Day Event Series

Welcome events, rehearsal dinners, primary celebration, post-event brunches. When your event is actually a multi-day series with separate vendors and timelines for each component, each event day deserves its own coordination scope.

Bespoke includes coverage of every event day; Full-Service covers the primary day only.
04

Off-Site or Private Estate Builds

Events at private homes, raw venues, or sites without on-site infrastructure. When the venue doesn't have ceremony chairs, kitchen, restrooms, power, or staff, all of that gets coordinated through external vendors and managed by the planning team.

Off-site builds require extended on-site coverage and an expanded day-of team.
05

VIP, Privacy, or Media Considerations

Public figure attendance, press presence, security coordination, vendor NDAs, photography permissions, or other elevated privacy and reputation management requirements.

These factors require coordination protocols that aren't part of standard packages.
06

Multi-Venue Logistics

Ceremony at one location, reception at another, with guest transportation between. Or multi-component events with separate venues for cocktails, dinner, and dancing. Each additional venue adds coordination scope.

Multi-venue events require dedicated venue liaisons and transition management.
07

Specialty Production Requirements

Custom installations, theatrical lighting, complex AV, live broadcast, multi-faith ceremonies, custom-built experiences, or any element that requires specialty production coordination beyond standard event needs.

Bespoke includes production-level vendor coordination; standard tiers do not.
08

Concierge-Level Service Expectations

4-hour communication response windows, dedicated client liaison, multiple design iteration rounds, hand-curated luxury vendor relationships, post-event relationship maintenance. When the engagement itself is the differentiator.

Bespoke is designed around elevated service expectations; standard tiers are not.
The Decision Framework

How to Know if You Need Bespoke

The simple rule

If any one of these factors applies to your event, we'll likely recommend Bespoke Concierge during the discovery call. If two or more apply, Bespoke is almost certainly the right structure rather than Full-Service plus adjustments.

  • Scale: Your guest count exceeds 150 (wedding), 150 (quinceañera), or 100 (corporate)
  • Investment: Your total event budget exceeds $200,000 (wedding), $200,000 (corporate), $50,000 (quinceañera), or $25,000 (milestone)
  • Duration: Your celebration spans multiple days with welcome events, primary event, and post-events
  • Complexity: Your event involves off-site builds, multi-venue logistics, or specialty production
  • Stakes: Your event involves VIPs, press, security considerations, or elevated reputational stakes
  • Service: You expect concierge-level engagement with extended communication, multiple iteration rounds, and dedicated team support

If none of these apply, our standard Day-of, Partial, or Full-Service packages will fit your event well. The discovery call is where we work this out together — no commitment, no pressure, just an honest conversation about what your event actually requires.

When Adjustments Apply

Adjustment Methodology — Rough Estimates

For events that exceed standard scope but don't warrant Bespoke, the published rates are adjusted using documented formulas. The percentages and dollar amounts below are rough estimates — they show you how the price moves with scope, not the final quote. Real adjustments are itemized in your written proposal after the discovery call.

Important clarification: The standard package prices above (Day-of, Partial, Full-Service) and the standard-scope definitions are firm. What follows — the triggers, percentages, and dollar ranges — are approximations to illustrate how price scales with scope. Your actual quote is built with you during the discovery call.

Trigger 1 · Guest Count Above Standard

Guest counts beyond standard tier require more vendor coordination, more day-of staff, and longer event runtimes.

Estimate a rough quote for your event

Engagement duration (how many months the planner is actively involved) classifies the recommended package. When Bespoke triggers fire, you see a real-number estimate under a service-themed recommendation banner.

1. Event type
2. How much time will the planner be actively involved in preparation?
8 months

This duration defines which package fits: <2mo Day-of · 2–4mo Partial · 4–9mo Full-Service · 9+mo extended Full-Service (or Bespoke).

3. What's already booked?

Captures scope. If your answer and the months contradict, months determine the package (you'll see an advisory).

Pricing FAQ

The Questions People Ask Most

Because the demographics we serve — Cape Coral brides, Hispanic families, mothers-of-the-bride, corporate buyers, destination clients, and milestone hosts — all reward transparency. Hidden pricing wastes everyone's time, creates information asymmetries, and signals that the planner has something to hide. We'd rather be the planner who shows the math.

The deeper reason: published pricing forces us to be honest about scope. We can't quietly inflate quotes for clients who appear wealthy or charge differently based on perception. The same methodology applies to everyone.

Neither, exactly. Founding rates are a partnership. Monarch Celebrations launched in 2026, and our founding pricing reflects significant savings off our standard rates because we're investing in the relationships that will define our first year. Founding clients get our undivided attention, professional photography built into engagements, and the kind of over-invested service that's only possible when we're hand-picking each early client.

In exchange, founding clients become part of our foundation — their events become our portfolio, their reviews become our reputation, their referrals become our future business. The arrangement is honest in both directions.

The simple rule: if any one of these factors applies, we'll likely recommend Bespoke during the discovery call. If two or more apply, Bespoke is almost certainly the right structure.

The factors: guest count above 150 (wedding) / 150 (quince) / 100 (corporate); total event budget above $200K (or $100K for quinces and milestones); multi-day event series; off-site or private estate build; VIP, press, or security considerations; multi-venue logistics; specialty production requirements; or expectations of concierge-level engagement.

If none of these apply, your event will fit comfortably in our standard Day-of, Partial, or Full-Service packages.

The published rates apply to events within standard scope (defined explicitly above). When events exceed standard scope, the published rate is adjusted using documented formulas — every adjustment is itemized in your written proposal so you see exactly what you're paying for and why.

This is different from the typical "starting at" pricing that hides the actual quote. Our adjustments are transparent. The same methodology applies to every client. There are no hidden fees or post-inquiry surprises.

Yes. Standard payment schedules are: 50% retainer at signing, 25% at 60 days before event, 25% at 14 days before event for weddings; 30% deposit + 6 monthly payments for quinceañeras (with padrino/madrina invoicing available); 50% retainer + 50% Net-30 from event date for established corporate clients with credit approval; 50% retainer + 50% at event for milestones.

Bespoke Concierge engagements use a 35/25/25/15 payment schedule across the engagement timeline. Custom schedules can be negotiated for unusual situations.

ACH transfer, check, or credit card. Credit card payments include a 3% processing fee. Wire transfers available for Bespoke Concierge engagements without additional fees.

Cancellation and postponement policies are documented in detail in the contract. The retainer is non-refundable in all cases (it secures your date and covers initial planning work). Subsequent payments are partially refundable based on how much work has been completed at the point of cancellation, with specific schedules in the contract.

For postponements due to circumstances outside the client's control (illness, family emergency, weather, force majeure), we work flexibly to find a new date without additional planning fees, subject to availability.

No. The same methodology applies to every client. We don't quote different prices to different people for the same scope, and we don't negotiate the published rates. What we will do is talk through your event scope honestly — sometimes a client thinks they need Full-Service when Partial would actually fit, or vice versa. The discovery call is where we work that out together.

Let's Talk About Your Event
