Eight event types, three service levels. Founding rates are real and temporary — they end at twenty-five bookings or December 31, 2026, whichever comes first.

Every price below is a flat fee, not a percentage of your budget. The scope behind each one is published too — meetings, vendors, revisions, hours on the day.

Gender Reveal
Birthday / Sweet 16 is scoped for the formal end of the category and requires an event budget of $10,000 or more. Baby Shower and Gender Reveal need a booked venue or a hired caterer, plus either three or more vendor categories or twenty-five or more guests. If your celebration is at home with family handling the food, a planner costs more than it returns — we will say so on the call. Gender Reveal has no published Partial Planning rate: that package activates ten to twelve weeks out, which is usually longer than the whole runway.
What the levels mean
Three ways to work together
We do not offer day-of, month-of, or final-details-only coordination at any price. Partial Planning is the floor.
Partial Planning
Activates ten to twelve weeks out, after an assessment. You have made real progress; we take it from there. If it cannot be finished responsibly in the time left, we say no rather than take the booking.
Full Planning
Starts whenever you book — a few months out or years ahead. Venue sourcing, design, vendors, budget, timeline, and the day itself. Nothing in it is "unlimited"; every limit is written down.
Bespoke
For events past standard scope — multiple days or venues, travel, media, specialty production. Quoted specifically, with every deliverable itemized. Nothing is implied.

The scope behind the price
Scope scales with the event — a wedding is not a gender reveal, and the numbers say so. These are limits, not estimates: everything here is written into the agreement.

When an event becomes Bespoke
The thresholds, published
Past either number, the event is quoted as Bespoke rather than squeezed into a package that no longer fits. You will not find this out late.
Regardless of size
Any of these makes an event Bespoke on its own, whatever the guest count or budget:
- more than one event day
- more than one venue or venues >15 driving miles apart
- >60 one-way miles or overnight travel
- private-estate or off-site build
- press or media
- public figure
- security or privacy requirements
- live broadcast
- complex AV or staging
- custom structural installation
- pyrotechnics
- specialized permitting
- union labor
