Most planners hide their pricing. We don't. Two clear packages, real starting prices, and one live portal where you, your planner, and every vendor work together — in English or Spanish. The standard rates are firm; the full methodology behind them is one click away below.
Run a rough estimateFounding rates: first 25 founding bookings, through December 2026. Standard rates are published right beside them.
End-to-end: budget, vendor selection, design, and day-of execution. You get a dedicated planner and your live portal from day one.
For events beyond standard scope: extended scope, concierge-level execution, and an expanded day-of team. Quoted with you at the discovery call, using the same documented methodology.
If any one of the Bespoke criteria applies, we'll likely recommend it at the discovery call. If none apply, Full Planning will fit your event well. No commitment, no pressure: an honest conversation about what your event actually requires.
Your timeline, guest list & RSVPs, budget, design lookbook, contracts & e-signatures, vendor bills & payments, and every conversation — in one place, updated in real time. No email chains, no lost threads, no "which version is current."
Almost no planner in Southwest or Southeast Florida offers this — and the few who do just resell someone else's software. Ours is built in-house and connects your vendors too.
The published rates above apply to events within standard scope. We define standard scope explicitly so there's no ambiguity. Events that fit these definitions are priced at the published rate without adjustment.
For events that exceed standard scope but don't warrant Bespoke, the published rates are adjusted using documented formulas. The percentages and dollar amounts below are rough estimates — they show you how the price moves with scope, not the final quote. Real adjustments are itemized in your written proposal after the discovery call.
Guest counts beyond standard tier require more vendor coordination, more day-of staff, and longer event runtimes.
| Event Type | Standard | +20% Tier | +40% Tier | Bespoke |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Weddings | up to 150 | — | — | 151+ |
| Quinceañeras | up to 150 | — | — | 151+ |
| Corporate | up to 100 | — | — | 101+ |
| Milestones | up to 75 | 76–125 | 126–200 | 201+ |
Higher event budgets correlate with more vendors, higher-end vendor relationships, more design refinement, and more demanding execution.

For our first 5 founding clients per service category in 2026, professional event photography is included in the engagement.
Flat fees, published on this page. We do not charge a percentage of your total event budget. The percentage model — typically 10–15% of event spend — means a planner earns more when you spend more, an incentive structure we do not think serves clients well. Our fee is fixed at the start of the engagement and does not change if your florals go over budget.
Full Planning ($3,800 founding; $2,000 for quinceañeras) means we are with you from venue search to final exit — vendor research, contract review, budget tracking, timeline, the live portal, and running the day itself. Partway through planning already? We right-size Full Planning around the work already done. Bespoke covers events beyond standard scope — multi-day, multi-venue, very large guest counts, specialty production — with an expanded team, and its price is negotiated against the actual scope.
Because the demographics we serve — Cape Coral brides, Hispanic families, mothers-of-the-bride, corporate buyers, destination clients, and milestone hosts — all reward transparency. Hidden pricing wastes everyone's time, creates information asymmetries, and signals that the planner has something to hide. We'd rather be the planner who shows the math.
The deeper reason: published pricing forces us to be honest about scope. We can't quietly inflate quotes for clients who appear wealthy or charge differently based on perception. The same methodology applies to everyone.
Neither, exactly. Founding rates are a partnership. Monarch Celebrations launched in 2026, and our founding pricing reflects significant savings off our standard rates because we're investing in the relationships that will define our first year. Founding clients get our undivided attention, professional photography built into engagements, and the kind of over-invested service that's only possible when we're hand-picking each early client.
In exchange, founding clients become part of our foundation — their events become our portfolio, their reviews become our reputation, their referrals become our future business. The arrangement is honest in both directions.
The simple rule: if any one of these factors applies, we'll likely recommend Bespoke during the discovery call. If two or more apply, Bespoke is almost certainly the right structure.
The factors: guest count above 150 (wedding) / 150 (quince) / 100 (corporate); total event budget above $100K for weddings, $50K for quinceañeras and corporate events, or $25K for milestones; multi-day event series; off-site or private estate build; VIP, press, or security considerations; multi-venue logistics; specialty production requirements; or expectations of concierge-level engagement.
If none of these apply, your event will fit comfortably in Full Planning. Bespoke pricing is negotiated against the actual scope.
The published rates apply to events within standard scope (defined explicitly above). When events exceed standard scope, the published rate is adjusted using documented formulas — every adjustment is itemized in your written proposal so you see exactly what you're paying for and why.
This is different from the typical "starting at" pricing that hides the actual quote. Our adjustments are transparent. The same methodology applies to every client. There are no hidden fees or post-inquiry surprises.
Not at this time — we don't offer installment or payment plans. The standard schedule for weddings, quinceañeras, and milestones is 50% retainer at signing, 25% at the planning midpoint, and 25% no later than 30 days before the event. Established corporate clients with credit approval pay a 50% retainer with the balance invoiced Net-30.
For quinceañeras, padrino/madrina invoicing is available — we invoice contributing padrinos directly for their elements, keeping the family's finances separate. Bespoke engagements use a 35/25/25/15 payment schedule across the engagement timeline.
ACH transfer, check, or credit card. Credit card payments include a 3% processing fee. Wire transfers available for Bespoke engagements without additional fees.
Cancellation and postponement policies are documented in detail in the contract. The retainer is non-refundable in all cases (it secures your date and covers initial planning work). Subsequent payments are partially refundable based on how much work has been completed at the point of cancellation, with specific schedules in the contract.
For postponements due to circumstances outside the client's control (illness, family emergency, weather, force majeure), we work flexibly to find a new date without additional planning fees, subject to availability.
Not for Full Planning — the same methodology applies to every client, we don't quote different prices to different people for the same scope, and we don't negotiate the published rates. Bespoke is the exception by design: it has no published rate, so its price is negotiated openly against your event's actual scope. What we will always do is talk through your scope honestly — sometimes a client thinks they need Bespoke when Full Planning actually fits, or vice versa. The discovery call is where we work that out together.
The discovery call is free and takes 30 minutes. We'll talk through your event, identify which package fits, and surface any factors that affect pricing — so when the proposal arrives in your inbox 72 hours later, there are no surprises.
