Pricing, process, services, payment, language. If your question isn't here, just ask.
Book a free 30-minute consultation. No commitment, no pressure. We use that conversation to understand your event and tell you honestly whether we're the right coordinator.
Full Planning works on any runway — from 30 days out to years ahead; we scale the plan to the time you have. Corporate events: 60–90 days for most. Under 30 days? Tell us on the free call and we'll be honest about what can be done well.
It depends on the event. Our quinceañera Full Planning is $2,000 (founding rate) and fits many family budgets. For weddings and other events, Full Planning is $3,800 (founding) — if your total budget is under $5,000, we'll tell you honestly on the free call whether professional coordination makes sense for your event.
Sí. Jessica es cubana y bilingüe. Reuniones, contratos, comunicación con proveedores — todo se puede manejar en español si tu familia lo prefiere. We're fully bilingual at every step.
Jessica is Cuban and grew up speaking Spanish. This is not a courtesy "we also speak Spanish" — meetings, contracts, vendor coordination, and communication with your family can happen entirely in Spanish if that's what your family prefers. Many of our families mix English and Spanish freely; we work in whichever language is most comfortable.
Yes. We serve all of Southwest Florida — Fort Myers, Naples, Sanibel, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, Punta Gorda. Travel beyond Lee/Collier county is billed at $0.65/mile.
Because we believe wasting your time with a "contact us for a quote" sales call when you might be way under or way over our floor is disrespectful. Real pricing means real conversations.
Not at this time — we don't offer payment plans. The standard schedule is 50% at signing, 25% at the planning midpoint, and 25% no later than 30 days before the event. For quinceañeras, we can invoice contributing padrinos directly for their elements.
Never. Our recommendations are based entirely on what's right for your event. You pay us; vendors don't.
Bank transfer (ACH), credit card, check. Corporate clients: Net-30 invoicing available with W-9 and Certificate of Insurance.
Venue coordinators work for the venue. We work for you. Full breakdown here.
Absolutely. Many of our clients come to us mid-planning with vendors already locked. We integrate, take the coordination off your plate, and move forward.
Yes. Hotel blocks, transportation, welcome events, day-after brunch — all included in Full Planning or available as add-ons.
We coordinate Catholic, Jewish, Hindu, Christian, secular, and interfaith ceremonies. We do extensive research on traditions we're unfamiliar with. Bilingual ceremonies (English/Spanish) are a specialty.
Full Planning: Jessica plus 1–2 assistants; large events (150+) add team members. We never assign your event to someone you haven't met.
We have a backup coordinator on call for every event with a complete handoff document. In 2026 to date, this has been used zero times — but the contingency exists.
A maximum of two. Most weekends, one. The week of your event, you are not competing for our attention.
Yes — this is exactly why coordinators exist. Your mom should be a guest at her daughter's wedding, not the project manager.
We're building our own client portal — where every vendor quote, decision, message, timeline, payment, and document for your event will live in one place. Until it ships, we work with you over email, phone, and text. More to share soon.
No. If you prefer email, phone, or text, we'll work however you want. The portal will be offered, not required.
Yes — the full Services Agreement is published on our site. Read it before booking.
Tiered cancellation schedule depending on time to event. Full schedule here. Short version: deposit non-refundable; the closer to the event, the more is owed.
Yes. Florida LLC with general liability insurance. Certificate of Insurance available on request for any venue or corporate client that needs it.
